Uganda PR fraternity scheduled to meet on September 9
September 5— The Public Relations Association of Uganda (PRAU) is to hold its AGM on the morning of September 9 at the Fairway Hotel in Kampala.
Key on the agenda is to receive and consider the statement of accounts and the statement of the financial position of the association for the year ended December 31 2016; review and adoption of 2016 AGM minutes and discussions of activity reports 2016/2017.
The meeting will also discuss the 2017/2018 plans and reactions, the PRAU Excellence Awards concept 2017 and finally the PRAU Awards Training.
In addition to the official agenda the PRAU membership also get a chance to network and discuss issues that are affecting their industry, top of which includes disruption by new forms of digital media and seek advice on professional and career growth.
