Uganda, GE sign refinery deal
March 28, 2018- Uganda and the General Electric led consortium, Albert Graben Refineries have this afternoon inked an agreement for the development of a modular refinery in the country. The agreement concludes a protracted process that has seen Uganda shift focus to western finananciers for a project in which President Museveni has keen interest. More details follow later.
