Equity Bank relocates Bugolobi branch to boost customer access and experience
Equity Bank has relocated its Bugolobi Supreme Branch to Hensley Business Park, off Mulwana Road, in a move aimed at enhancing accessibility and customer experience. The branch, previously situated on Luthuli Avenue, is now positioned at the heart of Bugolobi’s growing commercial hub.
The new location is designed to better serve both retail and business clients, reflecting the lenders’ philosophy of being present where customers live, work, and do business. By situating financial services closer to the centre of Bugolobi’s economic activity, the bank aims to improve convenience while supporting the suburb’s dynamic growth.
The modern banking hall at Hensley Business Park offers a more spacious and welcoming environment, with dedicated areas for private banking, consultations, and financial advisory services. Customers will also have access to meeting rooms for professional engagements, underlining the branch’s focus on tailored financial solutions and money management support.
Equity says the relocation not only delivers an improved customer experience but also provides practical benefits, including better parking availability and proximity to key landmarks.
“Our goal is to integrate financial services seamlessly into our customers’ daily lives,” the bank noted, highlighting the branch’s role in providing accessible, expert-driven support to individuals and businesses alike.
